FAQ

We serve all of Simi Valley, as well as parts of Chatsworth, Porter Ranch, Northridge, and Granada Hills.

We offer private dog walking, and pet sitting in your home. We are not a boarding facility or daycare.

We care for all species of pets, including: dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, fish, pocket pets, and farm animals.

Each household is assigned a minimum of two team members. This is for a few reasons, but most importantly it guarantees that someone will be there to care for your pets, even if your regular sitter is out of town or has an emergency.

In order to avoid any miscommunication, we ask that all messages pass through our main office. We receive calls, texts, and emails 24/7, and can pass on your message to the appropriate person right away.

Yes, of course! In general, schedule a dog walking visit if you are in town, or a pet sitting visit if you are out of town. Either way, visits always include exercise for your pet.

For existing clients, the easiest way to request service is through the online portal. Simply login to your account and click the Request Services tab on the left. For new clients, please contact our office by phone or email to set up a meet and greet.

For new clients, we require one week's notice so we have time to schedule a meet and greet. For existing clients, the schedule is set on Sunday for the upcoming week. After this time, it can be more difficult to fit in visits, especially at your ideal times. Keep in mind that all bookings are first come first serve, and certain times of year can book up further in advance.

The ideal visit length depends on several factors specific to your household. If you are unsure, we can make a recommendation during your meet and greet. Also, you can mix and match visit lengths. For example: If your pups walk in the morning before breakfast, but only need their meal at night, you can schedule a longer visit in the morning.

In general, we schedule in two-hour windows. Pet parents select their ideal time, and it may be adjusted one hour in either direction. If many households request the same visit time, we prioritize those with time-sensitive medications first, followed by pets with no potty access between visits. If you have a young animal, such as a puppy, we can set up a smaller visit window during those first few weeks that they're in your home.

We accept cash, check, ACH, debit card, and credit card payments. Most of our pet parents opt to pay through the online portal with either ACH or card.

Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated. All tips are split evenly between the sitters or walkers who cared for your pets.

Please provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations of standard bookings and 1 week's notice for holiday bookings. Cancellations made without proper notice will be charged the full rate.
