Notice Requirements
Standard: 48 hours
Holiday Season and Holiday Weekends: 72 hours
New Client: 1 week (to allow for an in-home consult)

In the case that we are able to accommodate any client without the proper notice, a $5 surcharge per visit will be added to the invoice.

Cancellation Fees

In order to continue providing quality care at affordable costs, we ask that no cancellations be made within 24 hours of the start of service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed at 50% of the booking rate.


We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Invoices are sent via email on the 1st and 15th of every month for the preceding period’s services. Payment is due within five (5) business days.

For example: On January 15, clients receive an invoice for all services provided between January 1 and January 15. That payment is due by January 20.
